Payment & Refund Policy

To buy select the work and add to cart, and may continue browsing. Click on “Checkout” from your cart and enter your shipping and payment information. Confirm your order and your chosen piece of art will be on its way.

You may also contact us for any query pertaining to making  your purchase.

Your order will be delivered in 15 working days. It maybe sooner or later by a few days; depending on delivery location and other factors such as weather, lockdown conditions etc.

The alternate way is to contact us so we can provide updated information on the same and provide smooth delivery of artworks.

The delivery charges for most canvas artworks (within India) (in rolled form) are nill.

Paper works and framed /stretched work may incur some extra charges due to nature of packing.

In case of international shipments, shipping charges on actuals (depending on location of the buyer and artist, size and weight) will be added to your purchase.

Payments:
You can make the payment using any online payment method (i.e Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking).

Return and Exchange:
 Sales of original work are final and are not returnable. We put in great care to provide you good quality orignal crafts. Due ti the sensitive nature of products returs are not possible.

Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing an order by going to your Dashboard. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Wallet/ source.

Your Wallet is your store credit with us that can be used to pay for purchases on thetribalstory.com. The amount will be credited to your Wallet on cancellation.
